2. Water Damage Inspection and Assessment
A Sani Effect team member will inspect and assess the damaged area, taking photos, collecting notes and documenting their findings. This will help determine the extent of the damage and conclude the total claim with the best course of action.
3. Removal of Water Damage and Affected Materials
There is no time to waste when it comes to water removal and extraction. Sitting water will only cause more issues down the line, so it is top priority to get the affected areas dry as soon as possible. This process begins almost immediately to prevent mold and additional damages to the property.
4. Air and Surface Mold Testing
Once the space has begun drying, we test for possible growth during or after the water damage event occurred.
5. Drying and Dehumidification
